High school youth on a mission

Youths from Presbyterian churches in PWNC gathered for a weekend of faith and service March 7-8, 2025, in Hendersonville.

Hosted by Trinity PC, participants were kept busy out in the field during the weekend. Projects included working at Habitat Restore (painting lamps and furniture), at SafeLight cleaning and putting together shelving for their thrift store (organization is for domestic violence victims), at IAM working in their thrift store testing electronics, sorting clothing, books, cards.

Through the organization Interfaith Assistance Ministry the youth provided all types of services to community.

Friday night they had time to play, learn from Hands and Feet Fellows (young adults serving at various non-profits in Buncombe Co.), hear our scriptures and learn about our theme "More Than Enough," and devotions.
